These Terms of Service govern your use of the Torch Credentialing website and, where applicable, your engagement of our credentialing, contracting and CAQH management services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Services

Torch Credentialing provides administrative credentialing, payer contracting, CAQH profile management and provider enrollment support. We act on behalf of providers to prepare, submit and follow up on applications; final credentialing, contracting and enrollment decisions are made solely by the relevant payer, facility or government program.

No Guarantee of Approval

While we take diligent care in preparing and submitting every application, approval timelines and outcomes are determined by third-party payers and organizations and are outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific approval date or outcome.

Client Responsibilities

Timely, accurate information and documentation from the provider or practice is required to complete credentialing and contracting work. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied to us may extend application timelines.

Fees

Fees for specific services are provided in writing prior to the start of an engagement and are outlined on our Pricing page as a general reference. Custom quotes may apply based on payer mix, provider count and scope of work.

Confidentiality

We treat all provider documentation and practice information as confidential and use it solely to perform the services engaged.

Limitation of Liability

Torch Credentialing is not liable for delays, denials or losses resulting from actions or decisions made by third-party payers, government programs or facilities, or from inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us by a client.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
